About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Quality Insights and Transformation. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in shaping the direction of quality reporting, analytics, and performance improvement across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing major external quality programs and rankings, translating these measures into actionable insights that promote clinical excellence, patient safety, and sustained performance improvement. The role involves close collaboration with senior executives, physician and nursing leaders, and enterprise analytics teams to establish consistent analytical standards and lead large-scale improvement initiatives. Candidates for the Associate Vice President position should be seasoned healthcare leaders with a strong background in quality, analytics, and transformation. The role requires the ability to influence enterprise performance and external reputation, and to drive the future direction of quality and safety at a large scale.
