Estate Planning Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm seeks an experienced Estate Planning Attorney licensed in California to join a thriving boutique practice in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in estate planning and entity formation, with additional skills in trust administration and probate being advantageous. Duties Manage estate planning and business matters. Draft comprehensive estate plans using Wealth Counsel, including CRTs. Analyze, advise on, and revise a wide array of estate planning documents. Collaborate with clients to develop and achieve their estate planning goals. Lead and work collaboratively with team members. Requirements Licensed to practice law in California. Five or more years of relevant experience in estate planning. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a small‑team environment. Experience in managing legal assistants and paralegals. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications California State Bar License. Skills Experience with entity formation, trust administration, and/or probate. Proficiency in Clio Manage, Wealth Counsel, and Microsoft 365. Adept at using Mac computers and systems. Remote work experience. Excellent command of English, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, form, and style. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
