Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg

Night shift from 6 PM to 6 AM

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Valid nursing license

Ability to perform patient assessments

Experience with pain management techniques

Skills in patient education and care coordination

Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Provide patient care considering the specific needs related to age and condition.

Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and ongoing reassessments as required.

Develop and implement teaching plans for patients and families based on identified learning needs.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
