Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in Quincy, IL is looking to hire an experienced full-time Lead Man for the Paint Department to direct, manage, and assist employees in the department, ensuring job standards are met. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssist employees; providing proper tools, information, and feedbackConduct audit inspection on all completed unitsUpdate warranty log sheetEnsure best practices are consistently followedOUR IDEAL CANDIDATEOur ideal candidate has expert knowledge of both paint and body repair, is dependable, detail oriented, self-motivated, communicates effectively with team members, and is able to multi-task and prioritize job duties.
