Requirements and Responsibilities:

Team Player

Participates in team huddles and shares ideas
Holds self accountable to meet personal and restaurant goals

Prior to entering the position, the candidate might be asked to complete a background check.

Contributes to a great Speed of Service
Makes sure the restaurant is welcoming and clean
Greet guests to make them feel welcome
Assist management team in creating a great place to work
Knows the menu and shares favorites and suggestions with guests

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Commitment to providing great guest service skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Comply with Krystal standards
Must be at least 16 years old
Prior to entering the position, the candidate might be asked to complete a background check.
Available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays

Education and Experience

Restaurant experience is preferred

Physical Demands

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently to move objects
Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous items weighing no more than 50 pounds
Consistently handles product preparation
Ability to kneel and follow proper lifting procedures
Consistently lifts for product preparation, stocking and inventory

Work schedule

8 hour shift
10 hour shift
Weekend availability
