Digital Account Manager

Robert Half Marketing and Creative is looking for a Digital Account Manager to support marketing campaign delivery as a Contract position for an agency client based in Denver, Colorado. This role serves as a key operational partner to the client team, handling the behind-the-scenes coordination and platform execution needed to bring approved campaigns to market. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing digital workflows across tools such as Marketo, Goldcast, and Salesforce while keeping timelines and deliverables on track.Responsibilities:• Execute approved marketing initiatives in Marketo by creating programs, configuring campaign logic, building audience segments, and preparing deployment components.• Provide operational support for webinars and virtual events in Goldcast, including setup activities and related execution tasks aligned with established procedures.• Perform defined Salesforce campaign tasks that enable campaign activation while adhering to existing standards, controls, and team guidelines.• Coordinate campaign setup across internal workflows by managing requests, configuring platforms, and facilitating smooth handoffs between stakeholders.• Track assigned work through intake systems and project queues, ensuring campaign tasks are completed accurately and within required deadlines.• Partner closely with cross-functional teams as an extension of the campaign operations function to maintain momentum from request intake through launch.• Monitor execution details across multiple projects at once, helping resolve issues quickly to protect launch schedules and delivery quality.• Identify practical ways to streamline campaign operations, improve team coordination, and increase efficiency within established processes.
