MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – MANUFACTURING

Location: McMinnville Department: Manufacturing Experience: 5+ Years Reports To: Maintenance Manager Travel: Local Travel Up to 75-Mile Radius Position Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, including thermoforming presses, dryers, thermolators, chillers, and air compressors. This is a hands‑on role for someone with strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, and equipment maintenance experience . What You’ll Do Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on thermoforming and manufacturing equipment. Maintain dryers, thermolators, chillers, air compressors, and facility equipment. Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues. Plan and coordinate equipment repairs, replacements, and maintenance projects. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and parts inventory. Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Communicate equipment issues, timelines, and repair needs to management. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, preferably within injection molding or thermoforming. Knowledge of electrical wiring, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC operation. Strong preventative maintenance and troubleshooting skills. Ability to independently manage maintenance projects and priorities. PLC programming experience is a plus. Ability to travel within approximately 75 miles. Reliable personal transportation required.
