What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Accountability: Take ownership of daily operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and excellence.

• Oversee Operations: Manage scheduling, finances, and administrative functions to ensure smooth, efficient practice operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership Experience: HR or office management preferred; dental experience is a plus.
