Staffing Coordinator BrightCare HomeCare, a leading provider of home care services in Louisiana, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Lafayette, LA. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless coordination of our services, from matching the right caregiver with our clients to facilitating a smooth transition of care. Responsibilities Coordinate Scheduling: Plan and schedule caregiver shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet client needs and maintain quality care. Client Matching: Match caregivers with clients based on their unique needs, preferences, and care requirements. Intake and Onboarding: Assist with the intake process, completing necessary paperwork and onboarding new caregivers to ensure a smooth transition. Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and address any concerns or issues that may arise. Care Plan Development: Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans that meet client goals and needs. Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
