Key Responsibilities

As a Referral Generation Agent, your job is simple: create opportunity.

You will connect with current customers through calls, text messages, and follow up campaigns to:

• Reach out to current customers through phone calls, SMS campaigns, email, and approved communication platforms
• Build genuine relationships and create positive customer experiences
• Educate customers on our referral rewards program and encourage participation
• Gather and document referral information accurately within our CRM system
• Work closely with the Appointment Setting Team to ensure successful follow through
• Follow up with customers and referred prospects regarding next steps
• Meet and exceed referral generation goals and performance expectations
• Contribute to a high energy, team oriented culture focused on growth and success

This position plays a direct role in helping fuel company growth while rewarding customers and creating opportunity for the sales organization.

Requirements

Qualifications Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Positive attitude and competitive mindset
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and text
• Self motivated with strong follow through
• Organized and detail oriented
• Comfortable learning CRM systems and technology platforms
• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, collections, retail, or outreach is a plus but not required
• Coachable and willing to grow in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $15.00 per hour + commission
