Position Summary Senior Director, Strategy & Operations, Neuroscience. This high‑impact role sits at the center of BMS’s US Neuroscience marketing organization, supporting the build‑out across multiple indications, including schizophrenia, bipolar, and Alzheimer’s disease. The role reports to the Executive Director, Strategy & Operations, Neuroscience. Responsibilities Partner with the VP, US Marketing, Neuroscience to define and institutionalize ways of working across the growing Neuroscience Marketing organization. Design and implement governance frameworks, meeting cadences, and decision‑making structures that enable effective cross‑indication coordination and prepare the organization for multi‑indication commercial complexity. Support operational planning for future Cobenfy indication launches (Bipolar Disease and Alzheimer’s Disease Psychosis) by ensuring infrastructure, processes, and team norms are in place before key milestones. Drive the Neuroscience AI strategy and operating model in the US Marketing organization, identifying high‑impact use cases, tracking benefits, and building AI fluency across the organization. Help integrate new team members and functions as the Neuroscience Marketing organization expands, serving as a connective resource across VP‑level marketing leadership. Lead or co‑lead critical cross‑functional strategic initiatives, including aligning priorities, resolving bottlenecks, and accelerating readiness across the broader team. Act as the commercial Strategy & Operations point of contact for the SCZ franchise, liaising with BI&T, Finance, and the US Cobenfy SCZ brand team to develop and refine the brand narrative for leadership reviews and budgets. Lead the annual and ongoing brand planning process for the SCZ franchise, ensuring cohesive strategic and functional plans that drive growth and alignment across indication teams. Coordinate and compile key performance metrics for the brand in schizophrenia; prepare and present insights for regular matrix review forums; maintain accountability on action items across the team. Serve as the critical interface between the SCZ brand team and key matrix partners (BI&T, Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Research, Reimbursement, Trade, Payer Marketing, Corporate Affairs) to drive strategic focus areas and surface key issues proactively. Support senior leadership preparation for engagement with the broader organization and external audiences, including senior management reviews, business reviews, POA planning, budget reviews, and contribution‑setting processes. Desired Experience BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of relevant commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. In‑market commercial experience required; prior experience supporting a post‑launch brand strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience in organizational design, team build‑out, or change management is a plus. Very strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for senior leadership audiences. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; proven ability to build alignment and drive performance across matrix teams through personal influence. Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, complex, and evolving environment with limited direction. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and proactively creating structure where it does not yet exist. Willingness to travel up to 25%. Compensation Overview Princeton, NJ – US: $214,610 – $260,054 per year. Starting compensation includes base salary plus potential incentive cash and stock opportunities.
