Today, we work with 300+ amazing customers, ranging from leading AI companies like OpenAI, Anthropic, Decagon, and Glean to large enterprises like Snowflake, Workday, and Intel. We’ve built a product customers love and a sales motion that works. Now, we need to build the organic growth engine that gets more of the right people discovering Fours, engaging with our content, and ultimately becoming customers. As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own our organic and owned marketing channels — from content and SEO to social and thought leadership. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who can develop the strategy, create the content, build distribution, and measure what works. This is not a paid media or performance marketing role. We’re looking for someone who knows how to build organic growth that compounds over time. What You’ll Own (for real) Own organic growth: Develop and execute our strategy across SEO, organic social, content, email, and other owned channels Build our content engine: Create and manage high-quality content including blog posts, thought leadership, customer stories, guides, newsletters, and social content Own organic social: Build Fours’ presence and voice on LinkedIn and other relevant channels through compelling, differentiated content Drive SEO: Identify and execute opportunities to increase organic traffic, search visibility, and inbound demand Build distribution: Find creative ways to get our content and point of view in front of the right audiences through social media, communities, partnerships, executives, and other organic channels Turn expertise into content: Work with founders, executives, Product, Sales, and customers to turn insights and expertise into content people actually want to consume and share Measure and optimize: Track traffic, engagement, audience growth, inbound leads, and pipeline to understand what’s working and double down Experiment: Test new channels, formats, and growth strategies and quickly figure out what works We’re Looking For 4+ years of B2B growth, content, or organic marketing experience, ideally at an early-stage, high-growth SaaS or technology company A track record of building organic channels from the ground up, particularly content, SEO, and/or organic social Excellent writing, storytelling, and creative instincts with the ability to make complex B2B technology interesting and accessible Strong understanding of SEO, content distribution, and organic growth Highly hands-on and execution-oriented.
