Next Insurance, Inc. in Rochester, NY is hiring an Insurance Advisor to ensure a timely, quality customer experience while reviewing and troubleshooting customer needs and assisting in managing policies.

This fast-paced role is hybrid and based in Rochester. You will issue certificates, process changes, provide quotes, assist customers, and work with product teams on customer needs. 1–2 years in customer service and a P&C license are preferred.
