Skills:
The required skills enable the HCA to provide compassionate and effective patient care by understanding and performing essential clinical tasks accurately and safely. Communication skills are crucial for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure clear information exchange and emotional support. Attention to detail and observational skills help in monitoring patient conditions and identifying any changes that require immediate attention.
