Richland Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced  Veterinary Medical Director (DVM/VMD)to lead our growing small animal hospital in the heart of Washington's Tri-Cities region. Qualifications

Required

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinariae Medicinae Doctoris (VMD) degree from an accredited veterinary school

• Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Washington
\n
• Strong foundation in small animal medicine and surgery
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and client service
\n
• Passion for collaboration, mentorship, and team development

• Previous leadership experience as a Medical Director, Chief of Staff, Lead Veterinarian, or mentor within a multi-doctor practice

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
