Our firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team. The selected candidate will play a critical role in defending insurance companies against various types of claims, including personal injury, property damage, and general liability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance laws and regulations, as well as the ability to successfully navigate the intricacies of insurance defense litigation.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Insurance Defense Attorney with a focus on general liability.
• Proven track record of successfully defending insurance companies against claims.
• Strong understanding of insurance laws and regulations.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to handle a high caseload and work under pressure.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve disputes favorably for clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
