ABA Supervisor (BCBA)

Position Overview This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice. Clinical & Administrative Support Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties Care Coordinators for scheduling and day‑to‑day logistics BT Managers for performance and operational support BT Trainers who lead 3‑week orientation and support BCAT testing Learning & Advancement Internal CEUs and virtual trainings Clinical Rounds and company‑wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I–IV Growth into leadership , training, consultative, and operational roles Continuing Education Stipend: $2,000 annually PTO: Up to 22 days in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months 401(k) Match Health Coverage: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance Pet Insurance Compensation & Productivity Productivity: Between 100 and 115 billable hours per month Base Salary: $83,100 and $103,800 Dual Bonus Program: $61 to $76 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours First Year Singing Bonus: Up to $5,000 Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in human services or a related field required BCBA (Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred Cortica is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
