Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Operators to join our dynamic team in Kalkaska, MI. With multiple positions open, this is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about manufacturing and production processes. If you have experience in quality inspection, machine operation, and assembly, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
- Operate press machines and perform setups for production runs.
- Utilize soldering techniques for assembly and repair tasks.
- Use microscopes for detailed inspections and quality assurance.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
- Conduct machine safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist in tool, die, and mold repair as needed.
- Meet physical requirements of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in quality inspection and CNC tooling.
- Strong soldering skills and experience with microscope operations.
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately using a tape measure.
- Demonstrated maintenance and repair skills on production machinery.
- Familiarity with machine safety inspections and compliance.
- Experience with machine setups for production runs.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
- Tool, die, and mold repair skills are a plus.
