What You'll Do Develop and implement maintenance procedures Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition Identify / troubleshoot electrical faults in equipment and building as well as mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic problems. Repair plant equipment (steel forms, machinery, and building) Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Proficiency with diagnostic, testing, welding, and hand tools Strategic planner who can prioritize maintenance activities effectively

What You'll Need Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Must work well independently with little direction Quick thinker / strategic planner / flexible / problem solver Welding and torch-cutting experience Bilingual in English and Spanish Your Education High School Diploma GED or Tech Certificate required.
