**Qualifications and Education:** - Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state. **Required Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - NIH Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS) - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) **Preferred Qualifications:** - Minimum of 5-year emergency nursing experience preferred. - Previous experience in a high-volume Emergency Department preferred. - Strong communication, prioritization, and critical thinking skills. **Credentials and Licensure:** - License: Nursys - License/Certificate Verification **Work Environment:** - 29-bed Emergency Department serving patients across all age groups. - Fast-paced, high-acuity clinical setting requiring rapid decision-making and multitasking.
