This full‑time position supports patients in Jackson County, MO, Johnson County, KS, and surrounding areas. The role is eligible for $20,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first‑year success bonus and an additional $10,000 sign‑on bonus paid within the first 18 months of employment. To receive these bonuses, you must be in good standing, meet performance expectations, and remain in the role and status for which you were hired. Qualifications RN license in the state(s) you work – KS & MO or a multistate license required. Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing. One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care. Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations. A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting. The skills needed to self‑manage your time and schedule. Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.
