**Required Experience and Skills:** - ICU experience required - Titration of Vesicant Meds - Familiarity with Pressors, Sedation, Paralytics - Experience with Vents, Trachs, telemetry interpretation - Understanding of Hemodynamics and PA Catheter setup and interpretation **Preferred or Appreciated Skills:** - Advanced skills: IABP, Impella, CRRT (desirable) - Familiarity with chest tube insertions and maintenance **Certifications:** - None required - CCRN recommended - CCRN, IABP, Impella, and CRRT appreciated This outline covers the qualifications and skills related to the clinical experience expected for the position at Mission Hospital's CICU unit.
