Director of Premium Audit

Virtual Vocations Inc

Driving departmental transformation and operational excellence, the full-time remote Director of Premium Audit will oversee the Premium Audit department, implement strategic initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enhance audit capabilities and eliminate backlog. Key responsibilities Lead the implementation of the new Premium Audit Playbook and manage departmental transformation Develop comprehensive premium audit strategies that align with organizational objectives while ensuring operational excellence Oversee end-to-end premium audit processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required 10+ years of premium audit, insurance operations, or related industry experience 8+ years of Workers' Compensation experience required 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in large, complex organizations Expert knowledge of premium audit principles and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
