Our growing and dynamic team is focused on supporting the scheduling operations for Inter-Con's most important resources: our security guards. Our leadership team is invested in your success, and we offer training that will ensure you are put in the best possible position to succeed.Duties/Responsibilities:Manage daily scheduling operation and administrative functionsSupport Client requests for additional services and change requestsCommunicate with Officers efficiently and quickly to address gaps in scheduled hoursProvide frequent updates to the Operations Manager of potential issues regarding scheduled hours, staffing deficiencies, and client requestsDevelop and implement project plans for key strategic initiatives designed to improve scheduling operations capabilities and responsivenessLeverage available systems to optimize scheduling and reduce operational costsRequired Skills/Abilities:Experience with MS Office SuiteExcellent Customer Service skillsAble to interact within Inter-Con's corporate environment and effectively communicate with all levels of managementMust be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlinesExcellent time-management, organization and multi-tasking skills requiredTeam player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive work attitudeSense of urgencyExperience with Salesforce.com a plusScheduling backgroundPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Additionally, the position requires near and far vision in reading correspondence and using the computer, and acute hearing when providing phone and counter service to the public.Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability/Veteran.
