Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and an active Registered Nurse license in California. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Hospital experience is necessary, with a minimum of one year of experience in case management. Preferred candidates will have three years of acute hospital experience or equivalent education and experience. The role includes managing patient care, discharge planning, and utilization management. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership abilities and experience in a high-volume environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills are essential. Familiarity with a large teaching hospital setting is preferred. Business casual dress attire is required, and scrubs are not needed.
