Schedule:

Full-Time: 35 hours per week

Setting: Virtual 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Rockville, Maryland. 

This role will support students across assigned school sites, with clinicians typically covering 2–3 schools and working with a variety of age groups and communication needs. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with guidelines
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License (Required)
• CCC's
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Teletherapy experience- 3 years post Covid
