As a Recruiter, you’ll be at the center of that mission—connecting talented professionals to meaningful opportunities and helping businesses grow. You’ll be trained and supported as you learn to: Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach Partner with your teammates to understand client needs and technical role requirements Submit qualified candidates and assist with compensation recommendations Coordinate interviews and manage candidate and client communication Act as a candidate advocate throughout interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations Manage consultants while on assignment and support redeployment effort Ensure pre‑employment steps (references, background checks, drug screens) are completed efficiently Build long‑term relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teammates Stay current on recruiting trends and contribute creative sourcing ideas What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience 1+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or another client‑facing role Strong organization and time‑management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfort with technology, online research, and social media (especially LinkedIn and Indeed) A competitive, driven mindset balanced with a collaborative, team‑first approach Why Ingenium: Competitive base salary plus commission Clearly defined career path and promotion opportunities Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development Generous PT O401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Ingenium Talent is a privately held professional search and staffing firm with 100+ years of combined experience delivering engineering, manufacturing, and skilled‑trades talent nationwide.
