Part-Time Podiatrist (DPM) - Assisted Living Communities

Podiatric Care Provider
AllCare.ai delivers coordinated, in-facility care including Primary Care, Psychiatry, Podiatry, Diagnostics, Wound Care, and Chronic Care Management supported by a 24/7 medical concierge. Our platform streamlines documentation and compliance so providers can focus on delivering high-quality care to seniors.
We are seeking a licensed Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) to provide podiatric care to residents in assisted living communities across Southern California. This role involves mobile in-facility visits with clustered routes to minimize travel time. Minimum availability of 1 day per week is required (Monday through Thursday). This position is available as W-2 or 1099 we are happy to accommodate what works best for you.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate and manage podiatric conditions for residents in assisted living communities
- Provide routine foot and ankle assessments, diabetic foot care, wound management, nail care, callus treatment, and orthotics
- Collaborate with our care team including primary care providers and facility staff
- Participate in care coordination and case reviews
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
