Software Engineering Technical Lead

Partnering closely with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders, you will lead initiatives that identify and remediate software defects, technical debt, and reliability risks while accelerating modernization and delivery outcomes. This individual contributor role combines strategic technical leadership with hands-on engineering expertise, requiring strong problem-solving, decision-making, collaboration, and adaptability to translate software analysis into scalable solutions that deliver measurable business value.
