Location: Prairie Walk Apartments11026 College Lane
Kansas City, MO 64137 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Responsibilities:
- Manages and oversees all on-site personnel
- Oversee and foster a great working environment for team
- Building and maintaining a relationships with community residents
- Ensure property is leased at or above market occupancy
- Capture highest renewal rates for existing tenants
- Post, collect, track, and manage delinquency of rental and other income Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in multifamily housing
- Experience managing a team of 2+ employees
- Yardi experience preferred
-CRMIQ experience a plus
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills Benefits and Compensation:

- Quarterly Bonus up to $4,800 annually
-Monthly Delinquency Bonus potential of $3,600 annually

- $500-$1,000 Employee Referral Bonus Program (terms and conditions apply) This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and credit review.
