Lead Business Analyst

Job Title

Qualifications:

• Loan IQ platform expertise, with strong preference of migration and/or new implementation experience
• Deep loans domain knowledge in a large financial services organization including deal booking mechanics, corporate actions, payment systems, and credit agreements acumen.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
• Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools.
• Proven diplomatic and analytical skills. Persuades and influences colleagues, management, clients and stakeholders through excellent communication, interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact by weighing various action plans and balancing potentially conflicting needs.
• Individuals are expected to be subject matter experts in multiple or specific skill sets, business areas or products.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred.
