Base pay range $50.00/hr - $55.00/hr Payrate: $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Summary: This role will be responsible for all aspects (forecasting, planning, and execution) in the successful delivery of a product throughout its lifecycle. They will have the responsibility to partner with business subject matter experts to clearly develop and communicate a strategic vision and product roadmap, as well as guide cross-functional teams to deliver product features by balancing business needs with business strategy, minimized defects, and technical debt. Required Qualifications: Ability to organize a team through Standard Work documentation. Demonstrates superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between business, product manager and development teams Works with cross-functional teams to solicit status of project activities Owns the project status of product updates in coordination with Product Line leaders and Product Owners Collaborate with software engineering team(s) to understand technical solution in coordination with timelines Provides feedback to team members in the spirit of continuous improvement Familiarity with Lean. Experience managing Bowler’s, KPI’s and Action Plans a plus Experience in Project Management tools (Gannt Chart / dependency-based software) Experience in Project resource and Demand Planning Ability to work across multiple time zones Ability to attend project status calls and report on status Occasional EST and weekend support for releases Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR associate’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience). At least 3 years of professional experience in Technical Product/Project Management Payrate: $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Consults on projects to fit systems or infrastructure, and project goals to their function, and vice versa. Pilots’ new ideas and processes that have not been utilized before. Decision Making & Risk Management - Analyzes and interprets business strategy, policies, values, complex data patterns and relationships to make decisions regardless of incomplete and conflicting information and uncertain consequences. Influence - Ensures group understanding of issues and presents rationale to affect outcomes. Resolves conflicting opinions through consensus. Uses appropriate facilitation techniques to gain agreement or move others to action. Problem Solving - Identifies future roadblocks and promotes data-based problem solving. Assesses & prioritizes problems in relation to organizational goals. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is : $50.00 - $55.00/hr . Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
