Registered Nurse

In this role, you will provide specialized care to heart failure patients through assessment, medication management, patient education, and care coordination. You will collaborate closely with cardiologists and an interdisciplinary team, use advanced monitoring and EMR systems, and support evidence-based protocols to reduce readmissions and improve outcomes.
