You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to design and implement individualized treatment plans that encourage student participation and progress, while advocating for accessibility and student success.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop, review, and implement IEPs and educational plans
• Proficient in documentation and working within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ physical needs and develop tailored therapy programs
• Deliver direct and consultative treatment to help students achieve academic and physical milestones
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on student capabilities and recommendations
• Educate staff and families on therapy strategies and adaptive equipment
• Maintain accurate records and provide progress reports in compliance with school policies
