Senior Compliance Analyst

Our client is a growing insurance organization seeking to expand its Risk & Compliance team. Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders across the organization to provide guidance on risk and compliance matters Monitor regulatory developments and help assess their impact on company operations, products, and processes Coordinate and support regulatory examinations, audits, reviews, and information requests Assist in maintaining and strengthening the organization's risk management framework Participate in compliance monitoring, testing, and governance activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements Support risk reporting, risk assessments, and enterprise-wide risk initiatives, including ORSA-related efforts Help manage insurance filings, regulatory reporting obligations, and implementation of new requirements Develop, update, and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls Contribute to product-related compliance initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed Qualifications: 4-5+ years of experience in insurance compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs, audit, or a related discipline Previous experience working within an insurance carrier environment is required Knowledge of insurance regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices Experience interacting with regulators, supporting examinations, audits, or regulatory reporting processes Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and enterprise risk management concepts Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects with minimal supervision Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Life & annuity experience is preferred; candidates from other insurance sectors will also be considered Annual bonus opportunity Relocation assistance available Company-paid employee healthcare premiums Direct exposure to senior leadership Opportunity to help build and shape a growing risk and compliance function Broad exposure across ERM, compliance, audits, examinations, filings, and governance High-visibility role with meaningful impact on the business #J-18808-Ljbffr Larson Maddox
