21GRAMS is looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copy. A creative innovate, who is responsible for leading the creative engagements across multiple healthcare client accounts. A creative wordsmith and

Responsibilities

• Can structure a complete narrative and be able to write in different voices to suit client and audience
• Work with ACD, Art to produce standout and strategically focused campaigns and experiences
• Identify and interview prospective creative candidates
• Manage teams, creative output and client relationships
• Concepts, campaign execution that are in line with client strategy
• Oversee day to day deliverables for team under tight deadlines while delivering best in class work to market.
• Mentor teams both internally and externally
• Manage awards submissions and case studies for brand
• Participate in high level projects and new business pitches.

Required Skills & Experience

• Must have current Pharma/Healthcare advertising experience for consumer/patient and HCP audiences.
• A strong portfolio, demonstrating excellent conceptual capabilities (Please include passwords with your application for review)
• Experience launching high science-driven pharma brands, within tight deadlines.
• A consistent record of creative ability and judgment
• Demonstrated management and oversight with junior level copywriters

Pay Range: $160,000-$190,000

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
