1st Shift Reach Truck & Order Picker Operator

Aberdeen, MD Pay: $21.00 per hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:30 PM (schedule may flex to 5:00 AM1:30 PM or 8:30 AM5:00 PM as needed). Overtime required. All shifts run until work is completed.

Job Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Reach Truck & Order Picker Operator to join their warehouse team in Aberdeen, MD. This is a fast-paced position for a dependable individual who has previous equipment operating experience and enjoys staying active throughout the day.

Reach Truck & Order Picker Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks, order pickers, and forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Help maintain a productive and organized warehouse environment

Qualifications

• Previous Reach Truck & Order Picker experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• High School Diploma or GED required
