We are looking for a detail-oriented Linehaul Support Administrator 2 to support transportation operations in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position focuses on maintaining accurate records, reviewing billing and operational data, and helping ensure day-to-day administrative processes run smoothly. The role works closely with internal teams to monitor performance, resolve routine issues, and uphold compliance with established procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain transportation and operational documentation, ensuring records are complete, current, and easy to retrieve.
• Review invoices, audit supporting details, and follow up on discrepancies to support accurate processing.
• Track recurring reports on a monthly basis and analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and follow-up actions.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other Office applications to coordinate tasks, communicate updates, and manage administrative workflows.
• Monitor web-based tools and reporting platforms, including Power BI, to support visibility into linehaul activity and operational performance.
• Assist with renewals, status updates, and routine coordination related to transportation services and associated programs.
• Partner with operations teams to investigate issues, provide administrative support, and help bring items to resolution in a timely manner.
• Support compliance efforts by verifying that documents, processes, and records align with internal standards and external requirements.• Experience providing administrative support in an operations, transportation, or logistics environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to review invoices, audit records, and maintain accurate documentation with close attention to detail.
• Comfortable analyzing data, preparing recurring reports, and using reporting or monitoring tools such as Power BI.
• Effective written communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and document findings clearly.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to organize multiple priorities and meet ongoing deadlines.
• Ability to identify routine issues, follow established methods, and support compliant, consistent processes.
