Electronics Assembly & Rework Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 05:30pm to 02:00am )

• Inspect electronic components and circuit boards for defects or quality issues.
• Perform rework and corrections on electronic assemblies according to instructions.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment to complete detailed assembly and rework tasks.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and meet daily production expectations.

Electronics Assembly & Rework Operator Qualifications:

• Previous experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or rework preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in small electronic components.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling delicate parts.
• Ability to follow written instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
