Inventory Coordinator - Livonia MI - New Store

Join our 2026 New Store Opening Team in Livonia, MI. We’re seeking Inventory Coordinators for our Grocery, Dairy/Frozen, and Liquor Departments. The coordinator will keep shelves stocked, displays organized, and customers satisfied. Job Overview As an Inventory Coordinator you’ll conduct physical inventory counts, research and report discrepancies, and prepare weekly reports. You’ll make sure products are available, priced correctly, and easy to find. Key Responsibilities Build rapport with customers and respond to customer questions effectively. Stock product and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards. Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks. Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for our customers. Perform inventory counts, research discrepancies, and prepare weekly reports. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous retail, inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience is a plus. Strong listening and communication skills, both face‑to‑face and virtual. Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to follow procedures efficiently. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product. Ability to stand for long periods of time and remain calm in a fast‑paced environment.
