Driving full life-cycle recruitment for a high-growth management consulting practice, the long-term contract Technical Recruiter will leverage advanced sourcing tools and strategies to attract elite professional services talent while partnering with practice leaders in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Own the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including aggressive passive sourcing and interview coordination Utilize advanced cold-calling and networking techniques to build strong pipelines of elite technical and consulting candidates Provide strategic guidance and market intelligence to hiring managers, ensuring alignment with the firm's recruitment processes Required Qualifications 5-7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or professional services/management consulting setting Strong technical recruiting background with the ability to manage diverse skill sets and complex requests Proven expertise in sourcing GenAI, LLM, and NLP specialists, with familiarity in prompt engineering and foundational models Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a preference for Workday Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing executive-level stakeholders and candidates
