Requirements

• Basic life support
• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Valid Dental Hygienist license in Nebraska
CPR and AED certification
Experience with dental radiography and use of medical imaging equipment
Proficiency in patient assessment, dental hygiene care, and instrumentation maintenance
Strong organizational and communication skills
Commitment to compliant infection control and sterilization procedures

Job Description

Perform detailed dental cleanings including scaling, polishing, and root planing
Take and process dental X-rays accurately
Assess patients’ oral health and communicate findings to the dentist
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care techniques
Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants as necessary
Maintain accurate records and patient charts using Eaglesoft software
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Assist dentists chairside during procedures when needed
Participate in continuing education to stay current with dental hygiene advancements

Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Closed
