Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Physical Therapist - Outpatient, Webster, TX

Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy services to patients following physician orders and clinic policies. Complete comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document patient progress. Supervise discipline-specific therapy services and contribute to a safe patient care environment. Participate in performance improvement activities and professional development. Adhere to state practice act, ethical standards, and clinic competency requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy with 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions preferred.
• Ability to complete timely, clear, and compliant medical record documentation, including goal writing and letters of medical necessity.
• Demonstrated competence in safe patient handling and infection control procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising students or other therapy staff.
• Prior involvement with performance improvement initiatives.
