Job Description

Join Our Team as an Instructor at The Little Gym of Tampa-Carrollwood!

Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of children while having a blast at work? At The Little Gym of Tampa-Carrollwood, we believe life’s too short to not work someplace awesome. If you love kids, enjoy being active, and thrive in a fun and playful environment, we want to meet you!

As an Instructor at The Little Gym, you'll play a vital role in introducing children to the joy of learning and movement in our unique, fun-filled environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching engaging and exciting classes using our proven curriculum and teaching methods (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!).
• Creating a warm, fun, and educational atmosphere for children in every class.
• Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a memorable membership experience for families.
• Treating every child and every class like it’s their first day—every week!
• Helping children build confidence, develop new skills, and leave each class feeling like a superstar.

You’ll be a great fit for our team if:

• You love having fun, giving high-fives, and playing like a kid.
• You’re passionate about making others feel good and thrive on building relationships.
• Kids adore you, and their parents do too.
• You know how to balance fun with focus and can buckle down when it’s time to work.
• A background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus (but not required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know!).

• Every day, you’ll see children leave our classes more confident and joyful than when they arrived.
• You’ll stay active and energized, moving and playing throughout your workday.
• You’ll be part of a team that takes fun seriously but also values the important role we play in the community and in the lives of children.
• The relationships you build with kids, families, and teammates will last a lifetime.
• Let’s face it—getting paid to act like a dinosaur beats folding t-shirts any day!

We’re looking for team members who can work various weeknights and weekends. Flexibility is key, and we’ll work with you to create a schedule that works for everyone.
