TOOL REQUIREMENT: Must Possess and Provide Personal Standard Mechanical and Electrical Hand/Power Tools

In this critical technical role, you will leave behind the monotony of repetitive manufacturing for a position that values your dual mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities. You will work side-by-side with a sharp engineering team, using multi-page schematics and 3D layouts to build high-end automated machinery from the ground up. What You Will Be Doing

• Interpret and execute complex technical blueprints, mechanical assembly drawings, and multi-page electrical wiring schematics.
• Integrate custom electrical systems, including mounting internal components, routing advanced wireways, and executing precision terminations on motors and industrial controls.
• Perform precision mechanical assembly and fitting, including laying out, drilling, reaming, tapping, and cutting raw or machined parts to fit heavy machinery frames.
• Align and tune critical drive systems, ensuring gears, sprockets, shafts, pulleys, chains, and belts are calibrated to flawless operational metrics.
• Verify rigorous quality tolerances utilizing precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, gauges) to ensure every component conforms exactly to design specifications.
• Operate localized metalworking fabrication tools safely, using industrial saws, grinders, and sanders to modify custom components on the fly.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven shop track record featuring 2 or more years of verifiable experience building complex industrial machinery, custom automation, high-speed conveyors, or specialized capital systems.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, completely comfortable working fluidly with both Metric and SAE hardware sizes alongside standard point-to-point wiring methodologies.
• Physical stamina and capability, including the comfort to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly (and up to 100 lbs occasionally with hoists/cranes) while standing for extended periods.
• Reliable work ethic and craftsmanship backed by a history of excellent daily attendance, an uncompromising safety-first mindset, and true dedication to structural and electrical precision.
• Local proximity and permanent residency located within a comfortable 45-minute daily commute of the Menomonee Falls area to seamlessly support a 6:00 AM morning kickoff.
