Associate Veterinarian – Modesto, CA Metro Area #4396

We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a patient-focused practice dedicated to providing excellent veterinary care. This is a full-service small animal hospital located just minutes north of the city. The state-of-the-art facility offers wellness and preventive care as well as surgery and dental care for dogs and cats.

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing team player who is willing to learn new techniques and maintain a professional attitude during emotional and stressful situations. They have excellent written and verbal communication, telephone, and computer skills. In this position, you will provide excellent patient care by performing physical examinations, diagnosing and treating diseases, and providing preventive care according to patient lifestyle and location. You will perform routine and complex surgical procedures including spays/neuters, abdominal exploratory, and mass removals.

The Modesto area is geographically at California’s heart. Your experiences here will reflect the warmth of the city’s rich heritage and kind-hearted people. While Modesto has transformed into one of the largest cities in California, it has retained its old-world charm and traditional values. Several landmarks remain well preserved in town, now sitting side by side with new additions, such as the Gallo Center for the Arts, Vintage Faire Mall, and modern medical centers.

(Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000. Compensation may be negotiable.)
