About the Role:

Family Gonzalez Trucking LLC is looking for a reliable and motivated Non-CDL Driver to join our growing team in Jefferson, MA! This is a great opportunity to be part of a hardworking, family-oriented company where your contributions truly matter.

Responsibilities:

• Operate non-CDL 26ft BOX TRUCKS  to transport and deliver goods safely and on time
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet daily schedules
• Load and unload cargo with care, ensuring proper handling of all freight
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, paperwork, and records
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and team members
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal traffic and transportation regulations

Requirements:

• Valid standard driver's license with a clean driving record
• No CDL required — must be able to operate vehicles under CDL weight limits
• Previous driving or delivery experience preferred
• Ability to lift, load, and unload freight as needed
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
