Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students in a school-based setting as a full-time occupational therapist. This position focuses on providing high-quality therapy services, both in-person and via teletherapy, to help students enhance their fine and gross motor skills and achieve success in their educational environment.

Leverage your expertise working with K-12 populations and enjoy the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team of education professionals and therapists. Your role will directly impact students’ daily performance and participation in school activities.

What we’re looking for:

Valid Occupational Therapy license and certification
Experience or strong interest in working with school-age children
Solid foundation in fine and gross motor skill development
Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Background in school-based OT services preferred

Key duties:

Evaluate students to determine therapy needs and develop customized intervention plans
Provide direct therapy—both onsite and through teletherapy sessions
Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to facilitate student progress
Document assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing progress
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on student goals
Adapt interventions and supports to align with educational objectives
