We are seeking a compassionate clinician with 1+ years of experience to join our multidisciplinary team, delivering high‑quality care, team consultation, and clinical supervision to support children and adolescents. This role offers the flexibility to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic hospital environment, with evening work required. Qualifications NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) 1 year of professional Social Work experience Certifications and Licenses Required NJ Social Work License AHA BLS Provider Certification Valid Driver’s License Scheduling Requirements Full-time Day shift Essential Functions Provides effective individual, family group psychotherapy as indicated. Identifies realistic goals for psychotherapy. Attends program development and case conferences as indicated for patients treated or evaluated. Provides in services to staff and community agencies as requested by Supervisor. Disseminates findings accurately and sensitively, according to Department policy. Provides supervision to staff, fellows, interns and externs as indicated. Provides effective team consultation as needed.
