Area Sales Manager
Lead growth, build powerful client relationships, and drive high-impact sales strategies across a defined region. This role owns the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities and shaping solutions to negotiating complex agreements and delivering long-term value for customers.
You'll partner cross-functionally to align operations and sales, champion new business opportunities, and expand market presence through innovative solutions and strategic alliances. Success in this role means developing high-performing teams, strengthening key accounts, and consistently exceeding revenue and margin targets.
What You'll Do
Drive regional sales strategy and grow key accounts
Identify and capture new business opportunities
Lead contract negotiations and manage complex commercial agreements
Collaborate with operations to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions
Mentor and develop a results-driven sales team
Build lasting relationships with decision-makers and industry partners
Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics
